Eastmoreland's "Questions & Answers" on Historic District

The Eastmoreland neighborhood is working toward a Historic District designation. It is on track to secure this listing and protection by mid 2017, joining Irvington and Ladd's Addition as historic Portland neighborhoods that will have protected themselves from the growing wave of house demolitions.
